A Disability Support Practitioner within the Lifestyles Home and Community team providing home and community-based one-on-one support to mature-aged clients. The role is permanent part-time (18 hours/week), based across the North Shore and Ryde region, and involves daytime shifts (9:00 AM–3:00 PM) with required availability Monday–Wednesday.
