About this role
A Disability Support Practitioner within the Lifestyles Home and Community team providing home and community-based one-on-one support to mature-aged clients (18–80) across the North Shore and Ryde region. This is a permanent part-time role (25 hours/week) with day shifts 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, requiring travel to multiple group homes in surrounding suburbs.
