Disability Support Worker

ACCORD CARE is seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide high-responsibility support for a participant in Braybrook, Victoria, who has cerebral palsy, severe intellectual disability, and dysphagia. The role involves delivering structured, person-centred care including personal care, safe mealtime assistance, medication support, and complex mobility transfers.
