Assists in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the facility’s social service programs to ensure residents’ medically related emotional and social needs are met in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Supports the Social Service Director and collaborates with administration and clinical departments to maintain compliance with facility policies and regulations.
