Discipleship & Ministry

This role leads and oversees the full Trinity Kids discipleship experience, creating a safe and Jesus-centered environment for children and families. The position involves driving vision, strategy, and execution to scale the ministry to 500 children per service while building structure, systems, and teams for a new campus. The role requires managing staff and leaders, overseeing volunteer recruitment and development, and handling all ministry operations including programming, events, and budget stewardship.
