The Discipline Program Lead (DPL) in Raytheon’s Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) organization is the primary leadership point of contact for LCE execution and performance on a program. The DPL is accountable for the technical, schedule, and financial aspects of LCE work and coordinates across Integrated Product Teams and engineering review boards. The role reports to the Product Support Program Manager and supports proposal and program lifecycle activities.
