Disclosure Desk Specialist

The Disclosure Desk Specialist supports both TPO and Retail mortgage channels by managing loan disclosures, ordering required services, and reviewing withdrawn or denied applications. This role works closely with loan officers, borrowers, and internal partners to ensure mortgage files are complete, compliant, and processed within regulatory timelines. The ideal candidate has prior mortgage operations, processing, disclosure, or servicing experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
