Discovery Associate

The primary purpose of this position is to sell the guest a trial program (Discovery) that allows the client to experience Wyndham Vacation Ownership on a trial basis. The role involves greeting guests after sales presentations, conducting experience surveys, and presenting the Discovery program professionally to meet sales quotas. Associates are also responsible for processing purchase worksheets and handling post-sale client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
