Discovery Postdoctoral Fellow

The Novartis Biomedical Research Postdoctoral Fellowship is a full‑time, up‑to‑three‑year training position for recent PhDs to develop a multi‑agent AI platform that supports biomarker discovery, genetics interpretation, and multi‑omics analysis within translational medicine. Fellows will work onsite in San Diego, collaborating with scientists, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI agents into an enterprise platform while gaining mentorship and access to advanced technologies.
