The Dish and General Utility position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils using machine and manual cleaning methods. This role ensures the dishwashing area remains a clean, safe, and sanitary facility while supporting kitchen operations. The position involves sorting, rinsing, and stacking dishes, as well as performing general restaurant and restroom cleaning duties as directed.
