About this role

The Dish Machine Operator ensures the cleanliness and sanitization of assigned dining units and dishware through manual and machine cleaning methods. Daily tasks include washing and stocking dishes, maintaining facility floors and walls, and enforcing safety and sanitation requirements in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Wash, organize, and stock all dishes, silverware, and glassware
Maintain front and back-of-house floors, walls, and ceilings
Ensure clean and functional stations with necessary sanitary items
Enforce and meet strict safety and sanitation requirements
Operate dish machines and kitchen equipment efficiently
