Dishwasher

The Dishwasher reports directly to the Sous Chef and Head Chef, responsible for operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment while ensuring all kitchenware is cleaned and sanitized. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, stocking cleaning supplies, and assisting with basic food preparation tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to hygiene standards, and the ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
