This role is an important part of the culinary team at Meridian Restaurant and Bar, ensuring the correct inventory of dishes and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. The position involves washing dishware, pots, and pans while complying with health code regulations and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will support the kitchen operations by keeping the dish area orderly and assisting with various tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef.
