Dishwasher

This role involves cleaning all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, and kitchen areas while maintaining proper sanitation and health department standards. The position requires assisting with start-up, clean-up, and shutdown procedures for each shift, as well as performing other reasonable tasks assigned by the Sous Chefs or cooks. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and safe work environment, follow all casino policies, and provide a high level of customer service.
