Dishwasher

The Dishwasher role is primarily responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of clean service ware and cookware throughout the kitchen and restaurant while maintaining a clean and efficient work area. This position involves operating dishwashing equipment, monitoring water temperatures and chemical levels, and properly storing clean items. The role also requires maintaining sanitation standards, managing waste and recycling, and assisting with prep duties as needed.
