This full-time role requires an energetic and organized individual to maintain sanitation and cleanliness across all dishroom and kitchen areas. The position involves breaking down trays, operating dish machines, and ensuring all clean china, glass, and silver are properly sorted and stored. The ideal candidate must be able to withstand prolonged standing, lift at least 50 lbs, and have flexible scheduling availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
