Dispatch Assistant

The Dispatch Assistant works with the Dispatch team to log emergency requests, schedule technicians and equipment, and track job progress throughout the day. This role ensures accurate scheduling, monitors arrivals, escalates logistical issues, and provides customer communication and documentation support. It serves as the first step toward becoming a full Dispatcher, offering hands‑on experience in emergency labour planning and coordination.
