Dispatch Coordinator

This role is responsible for coordinating and dispatching loads to company-owned and contract drivers to ensure the timely and safe delivery of feed to contract growers' farms. The position involves training drivers on loading procedures, managing driver schedules and hours, and maintaining accurate delivery and inventory records. The coordinator ensures compliance with all company policies and relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
