The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day dispatching, scheduling, and workflow coordination of the service department. This hands-on role focuses on assigning repair orders, managing technician capacity, reducing downtime, and ensuring efficient job flow. The position partners with the Service Manager and Operations leadership to maintain clear communication, optimize productivity, and support a high-quality customer experience.
