Dispatch Manager II

The Dispatch Manager II plays a key operational role within the Emergency Operations Center, coordinating emergency spill response activities from initial notification through incident resolution. This position manages contractor dispatch, regulatory reporting, client communications, and other response-related activities to ensure incidents are handled safely, compliantly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. The role also provides technical guidance and operational support throughout emergency response activities, helping coordinate resources and maintain effective communication with clients and other involved parties.
