Dispatch Operator

The Dispatch Operator serves as a central point of contact for FPUA's Water, Wastewater, Gas, Electric Engineering, and Customer Service Departments, coordinating requests and ensuring operational continuity during nonbusiness hours. This role involves receiving and prioritizing incoming calls, dispatching field personnel for routine and emergency situations, and maintaining accurate records in various systems. The position requires effective communication with customers and internal teams to ensure timely responses and service delivery.
