Dispatch Process Associate

This role is primarily responsible for executing the dispatch process that supports Operations while providing exceptional customer service to customers and drivers. The position involves carrier sourcing and development, verifying carrier approvals, and optimizing routing to ensure cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison to resolve driver and carrier issues while maintaining the carrier and customer base.
