Dispatch Shift Supervisor

The Dispatch Shift Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for Aircraft Dispatchers to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for dispatch-related matters, coordinating workload and monitoring operational activity during assigned shifts. The position executes Operational Control duties, including issuing flight releases and planning flights in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company policies.
