Dispatch Supervisor

The Dispatch Supervisor oversees all dispatching personnel within the communications center under the supervision of the Communications Director. This role involves managing dispatch operations, ensuring equipment readiness, and maintaining security and privacy of company and patient information. The position may also require functioning as an EMT, Communications Manager, or Dispatcher to ensure all company tasks are completed.
