This full-time position is based in Richland, Mississippi, and involves dispatching loads to drivers while ensuring all vital information is communicated to enhance customer satisfaction. The role requires managing driver performance, tracing shipments, issuing purchase orders for road expenses, and routing drivers to meet DOT and fuel stop requirements. Additionally, the dispatcher works closely with Load Planners to satisfy mileage expectations and maintain fleet efficiency.
