Dispatch

This position is responsible for directing police, fire, and EMS personnel during calls for service by monitoring emergency radios, telephones, and TLETS II systems. The role involves receiving and processing emergency calls, maintaining communication with public safety units, and providing general information to the public. The incumbent must maintain confidentiality, follow standard operating procedures, and interact professionally with the general public and officials.
