The Dispatcher at EquipmentShare's Indianapolis rental facility coordinates equipment deliveries and pickups, supports customers and internal teams, and manages driver scheduling. The role works Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours and may require occasional on-call availability for weekends.
