Dispatcher

The Dispatcher serves as the central communication hub for Lake Country Transportation, coordinating between drivers, schools, parents, and internal teams to ensure safe and efficient student transportation. The role involves handling phone, email, text, and radio communications, assigning drivers to routes, monitoring schedule adherence, and providing customer service. Dispatchers also support fleet readiness, maintain documentation, and assist with facility opening and closing procedures.
