Dispatcher

The Dispatcher is responsible for logging orders, dispatching runs on schedule, and coordinating the movement of loaded and empty containers to meet cut‑off times. They maintain equipment inventories, issue keys and credentials to drivers, track shipments, and communicate with customers to resolve issues. The role also supports billing, assists the Terminal Manager, and ensures accurate record‑keeping of mileage, fuel, and expenses.
