Dispatcher

This position is responsible for receiving emergency service calls, determining appropriate response priorities, and directing calls to the correct personnel while maintaining officer safety. The dispatcher maintains the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and CAD database, and performs Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) operations for information inquiries and retrieval. The role requires working a flexible schedule on any shift as the department operates 24/7.
