Dispatcher

This position operates Emergency Medical Service Computer-Aided Dispatching equipment to receive and transmit emergency information for AlphaOne Ambulance Medical Services, Inc. and contracted communities. The role involves evaluating incoming calls to determine the appropriate level of EMS assistance, dispatching units, and providing Emergency Medical Dispatch direction under the supervision of a communications manager. Dispatchers must be able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to maintain 24-hour coverage.
