Dispatcher

The Dispatcher serves as the central hub of communication and coordination for Guardian Fleet Services, managing the dispatch of light, medium, and heavy-duty tow trucks to service calls and accident scenes. This role requires balancing customer needs, driver safety, and operational efficiency while maintaining clear communication with drivers, customers, and law enforcement. The position involves prioritizing incoming calls, monitoring driver status and GPS locations, and providing excellent customer service including ETA updates and problem resolution.
