Dispatcher

This role is responsible for dispatching driver schedules and routes while collaborating with customers and warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient delivery operations. The position requires maintaining dispatch logs, verifying driver paperwork, and resolving route planning or delivery timing issues to provide a high level of customer service. The dispatcher ensures adherence to company safety policies and DOT regulations while developing strong working relationships with drivers and customers.
