Dispatcher

The dispatcher is responsible for the weekly optimization of all assigned trucks, coordinating freight using the load progression workflow to direct drivers to appropriate locations based on customer needs. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to engage with drivers and customers, resolving shipping requirements or concerns while maintaining terminal flow and profitability. The position involves planning future loads, managing dispatch plans, and ensuring regular attendance and punctuality.
