Dispatcher

This role is primarily responsible for executing the dispatch process to support Operations while providing exceptional customer service to both customers and drivers. The position involves carrier sourcing, verifying carrier compliance, optimizing routing for cost-effectiveness, and acting as a liaison to resolve driver and carrier issues. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in transportation dispatch and warehouse or truck driving operations.
