Dispatcher

The Dispatcher position is responsible for dispatching orders to Medical Service Technicians using logistics software and tools, while ensuring timely completion of ETAs and routine orders. The role involves daily monitoring and optimizing MST routes, documenting order exceptions, and maintaining consistent communication with local service center management teams. Additionally, the dispatcher coordinates daily and on-call deliveries, pick-ups, and equipment service needs based on geographic area and MST availability.
