Dispatcher

The Smart Care Dispatcher serves as the primary point of contact for a group of Service Technicians within a geographic market, routing them to service calls for commercial kitchen equipment to maximize efficiency and productivity. This role ensures customer expectations and service level agreements are exceeded through effective call clustering and routing. The position operates on a Monday-Friday schedule from 9am to 6pm in the office.
