DISPATHER/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

GCC is seeking a Dispatcher to manage customer orders for ready-mixed concrete and aggregates by optimizing delivery schedules and adjusting routes in response to unforeseen changes. This role involves high-volume phone interactions with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate driver activities, analyze order data, and ensure adherence to administrative procedures. The incumbent works closely with Sales and Administration to cultivate a positive safety culture while documenting daily operational key performance indicators.
