Under the supervision of the PACCAR Parts Distribution Center Manager, this role leads a team of over 65 associates and warehouse supervisors to drive operational success, safety, and productivity within a 265,000 square foot facility. The position involves developing new distribution processes, managing outbound freight logistics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to support over 100 dedicated dealers and customers. Key responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining cost and quality metrics, and building positive relationships with regional dealers to increase loyalty and grow sales.
