Distribution Controller

The Distribution Controller serves as a key finance partner to distribution operations, providing financial leadership across general ledger management, month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, inventory controls, and management reporting. This role translates financial performance into clear, actionable insights that help operational leaders manage costs, improve execution, and support strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Category Controller, the position collaborates closely with headquarters Finance, operations leadership, and cross-functional partners across Masco locations.
