Distribution & Expense Analyst

The Distribution & Expense Analyst supports the day-to-day financial and compliance operations for mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, closed-end funds, and business development company clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact for fund clients, coordinating activities with investment advisors, custodians, transfer agents, and other service providers. The position involves monitoring fund budgets and expenses, assisting with financial statement preparation, and ensuring portfolio compliance with SEC, GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirements.
