Distribution Line Foreman

This position works directly with the Foreman to coordinate the work of operation and ensure safe, efficient job performance producing quality results. The role involves climbing poles, operating bucket and line trucks, and handling high voltages during the construction of electrical distribution facilities. The incumbent is responsible for enforcing safety policies and ensuring construction standards are followed while encouraging team initiative.
