About this role

The Supervisor Distribution oversees the end-to-end material flow within a facility, managing receiving, staging, inventory control, and outbound shipping operations. This role involves leading and developing materials staff, optimizing daily warehousing activities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve distribution performance and customer satisfaction. The incumbent also acts as an SAP SuperUser and drives continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end material flow from receiving to outbound shipment
Lead and develop materials staff through training and coaching
Manage daily warehousing operations including staging and cycle counts
Partner with Quality and Production to resolve delivery issues
Act as SAP SuperUser to drive functional area efficiency
