Distribution Trainer

This role serves as a subject matter expert and primary trainer for new and existing employees within the Distribution department, focusing on onboarding, cross-training, and maintaining operational compliance. The position requires advanced knowledge of departmental processes, the ability to partner with cross-functional teams, and the willingness to assume Coordinator responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a lead or trainer role within a distribution or warehouse environment.
