District Communications Specialist

The District Communications Specialist supports the Georgetown County School District's communication and public engagement efforts by creating compelling multimedia content that highlights students, staff, schools, and district initiatives. This position is responsible for managing district social media platforms, capturing high-quality photography and videography, producing digital content, designing graphics, and assisting with strategic communication initiatives that strengthen the district's brand and community engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong technical skills, excellent writing abilities, and experience producing engaging content across multiple communication platforms.
