The role coordinates and supports teams, partner NGOs, local government, and communities to strengthen programme quality, child well-being, sponsorship operations, compliance, and accountability. The position oversees partner performance, supports data-driven decision-making, and represents the organization at the district level to promote sustainable outcomes for vulnerable children.
