District Field Officer

The District Field Officer supports the day-to-day supervision and coordination of Community Health Workers in Kambia District, Sierra Leone, to strengthen the national community health program and integrate the malaria vaccine into primary healthcare delivery. The role involves providing supportive supervision, coaching, and mentoring to CHWs and peer supervisors to ensure accurate data collection, quality reporting, and effective community engagement for vaccine demand generation and immunization outreaches. This project-funded position collaborates with the District Health Management Team and local stakeholders to improve vaccine uptake and address challenges in the rollout.
