District Human Resources Manager

The District Human Resources Manager supports the district field teams and collaborates with leadership to execute and implement human capital strategy across multiple locations. This role oversees onboarding, talent management, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and integration of new associates, while traveling throughout the district as needed. The position reports to the District Manager with a dotted line to the Area Human Resources Manager.
