District Lead Mentor

The District Lead Mentor develops and supports Beaufort County's Induction Program, providing comprehensive guidance and formal written feedback to beginning teachers throughout the school year. This role involves supporting 20 to 30 new teachers using the South Carolina Mentoring Model and engaging in the Formative Evaluation Process based on ADEPT Performance Standards. The position requires weekly meetings with mentees, collaborative work with principals, and active participation in professional development activities.
