About this role

The District Manager Parts and Service is a field leadership role responsible for driving aftersales performance and parts & service revenue across a defined Northwest Indiana territory. The role partners with dealership leadership to execute GM’s Customer Care & Aftersales initiatives, improve customer satisfaction, and apply data-driven insights to address market and operational challenges. The position requires residency in the district and substantial regional travel to support dealer partners on-site.
